Key Rules & Notes for Telangana
- Telangana has a very low registration fee of 0.5% — one of the lowest among all major states. Combined with 5% stamp duty, total cost is 5.5%.
- No gender-based concession in Telangana — the 5% rate applies to all buyer types.
- Hyderabad properties (HMDA limits) do not have a Metro Cess unlike Maharashtra's Mumbai.
